Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you can return your purchase. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving your goods and complete your return to us within 14 days of us being notified by you.

Damaged Goods
If you encounter any damages or issues with your order upon delivery, kindly inspect the item immediately and inform us promptly. We will promptly assess the situation and work towards a resolution.
Refunds
Regarding refunds, we will inform you once we receive and inspect your return, and communicate whether the refund has been approved. Please note that certain items may be subject to a restocking charge, which will be disclosed by your customer service adviser at the beginning of the returns process. Once approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that the refund process may also require additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
