WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You have the flexibility of up to 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To ensure a successful approval, kindly ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Frequently, our couriers provide a tracking code that we happily share with our customers, enabling them to monitor the progress of their orders. However, it's essential to note that if the order has been dispatched through our specialized furniture delivery company, tracking may not always be available. If you have any inquiries or require additional information regarding your delivery, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We're here to assist you.

 

WHAT IF MY DELIVERY ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If, by rare chance, your purchase(s) incur damage during transit, we kindly request that you take specific steps to facilitate a smooth resolution. If the damage is evident upon delivery, please refuse to sign for the item and promptly return it. In case the damage becomes apparent after opening, we ask you to send us an email with photographic evidence. Upon receiving the necessary information, we will make arrangements for collection and a replacement. To ensure a timely process, please report any damages within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving such matters promptly and efficiently.

 

CAN I VIEW YOUR PRODUCTS IN PERSON/DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL OUTLET OR SHOWROOM?
