Delivery

We aim to deliver most items within 7-14 working days.

As part of our standard service, we are pleased to offer free delivery to any UK Mainland address. However, please be aware that there will be a delivery surcharge for orders going to Scottish Highlands, Islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. For more information about these additional charges, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Order Confirmation 

Upon placing your order, we will initiate a pre-authorization on your card. Rest assured, your card will not be charged at this stage. Next, we will promptly contact our supplier to confirm the availability of the product you have purchased for immediate shipment. Once we receive the confirmation, we will proceed to process the payment, and your order will be dispatched within 1-5 working days. In the rare instance of any delay, such as an item being on back order, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you. 

Tracking

For your convenience, in some cases, we will provide you with a tracking number to keep you informed about your delivery's progress. Alternatively, the carrier may contact you directly through SMS or telephone with delivery updates. Our priority is to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process, and we are here to assist you every step of the way.
